- The beginner and fitness classes are not for people who have high blood pressure, eye problems ( pressure ) or a heart disease.
- Anyone can take the meditation class but people who are recovering from an injury, in their 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy, want to work on opening or slightly closing different chakras, are advised to take the Yin/restorative meditation classes as the other classes are more yang and muscle focussed
( intensive ).
How to prepare for a class
- We might have to adjust the height of the silk, so please be on time!
- It is recommended that you do bring a towel if you sweat a lot.
- Water is recommended. We also have that available at the studio.
- You do not have to bring your own Yoga mat as they are provided by the us
- Inversions are a key part of aerial yoga, so don't eat too much before your class. 2 to 3 hours before the class is okay!
- Don't worry! Side effects such as dizziness, nausea, tingling body parts or pressure from the silk are normal for beginners.
Ps : Film and photos are allowed if you only film/photograph yourself. Let's respect each other's privacy!
